13 UNITS, $3M TO $12M
Located on one of Tribeca’s oldest and most desirable blocks, Seven Harrison was ripe for transformation. Situated in a historic former dry goods and cold storage warehouse, the 12-unit residential building was re-envisioned by renowned architect Steven Harris, who handled the architecture and design for the project and elevated the offering to its fullest potential.
Over the course of a year, a carefully considered marketing and branding strategy was developed by the Seven Harrison developer, PR and media teams and the seventh art. As a result, the units were released to top brokers only. For this high-profile project, we created a folio that included a brochure, a set of cards consisting of unit and neighborhood renderings, a book on Steven Harris Architecture and a streamlined, elegant web site.
Thanks to an impactful branding and marketing campaign, Seven Harrison garnered considerable press and appealed to an audience of connoisseurs and celebrities. Even before launch, Seven Harrison was one of the most high-profile and desirable properties in Tribeca, if not the entire city, making it an instant success.
