l had the opportunity to work with The Seventh Art on several projects over the course of seven years.
l first met the partners, Michel Mein and David Williams when l was at the The Sunshine Group, Ltd where The Seventh Art developed the award winning website along with renderings for the luxury residential component — One Central Park and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental at Time Warner Center. The website helped to communicate a complex presentation of components of a New York landmark and helped to establish the level of standard we wanted to achieve the success of the project.
ln addition, they also created at that time outstanding advertising and virtual reality films for the luxury condominium — One Beacon Court. They were able to create drama in communicating the iconic architecture that symbolised the building.
When l took on the position of Vice President of St. Regis Residences at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, l engaged The Seventh Art to develop the overall look and feel for an innovative website to launch the Residential products for St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. In addition, we worked together to develop specific destination marketing collateral for St. Regis properties in Anguilla and San Francisco.
While l was Senior Vice President at Related, we hired The Seventh Art to develop renderings for several of our buildings.
l have found The Seventh Art as a group of innovative thinkers with dedication in achieving the vision of each project l have undertaken with them. ln addition, they were also involved communication partners.

Stribling Marketing Associates, LLC worked with The Seventh Art Group to support us with the creative marketing for The Plaza during the residential sellout. Their intelligence and creativity helped make The Plaza one of the most successful residential developments in New York’s history. We had a very successful run with The Seventh Art Group and would recommend them for any high quality development teams doing high profile and high-end projects in New York City.

It is my pleasure to share my favorable experience in collaborating with Seventh Art Group in launching and subsequently re-positioning 995 Fifth Avenue, formerly The Stanhope Hotel for Extell Development Company.
Our collaboration involved Seventh Art Group devising an initial positioning for the development, requiring a quick and expedient solution as to how to share watercolor sketches provided by the architect to demonstrate the classically inspired interiors. Seventh Art Group developed the initial graphic identity, project web-site and collateral based upon the client’s desire to retain the use of the name Stanhope in the branding. Once we were able to move into the building, we worked with Seventh Art Group to refresh to the projects’ image to create renewed interest in the development. They developed a new graphic identity focused on the residential address and more realistic imagery through use of renderings and also inventive art direction of photo shoots of the model residences.
Throughout the marketing process, Seventh Art Group was extremely responsive to our needs and direction. They effectively updated the branding to be more contemporary thus making the product more accessible while keeping the messaging very elevated.
Seventh Art Group has the ability to take risks with their dieas and to be bold with their suggestions while also being responsive to the realities of marketing residential real estate. They have a wealth of knowledge, talen, and experience and can capably deliver excellent and consistent work on luxury asset branding, imagery creation and promotion.
Very truly yours,
Senior Managing Director
My name is Andrew Gerringer. I hold the position of Managing Director at Prudential Douglas Elliman, and I am responsible for the overall direction of the Development Marketing Group. I founded the Development Marketing Group in 1992.
The Development Marketing Group has successfully advised on and marketed over 250 new development projects (totaling over $10 Billion in sales since 1992).
In New York City I have had the opportunity to collaborate on new development projects with the Seventh Art Group on several occasions including, The Barbizon Hotel Conversion to Condominium Residences, 240 Park Avenue South, 260 Park Avenue South, and recently on the Tribeca Summit.
We have known and worked closely with the Seventh Art over the past 8 years and are delighted to recommend them. This Group has unequaled experience and insight into the world of real estate and hotels and is an important partner to have at the table when it comes to marketing and branding, and ultimately telling the story of the property to optimize its value in the marketplace.
My entire team has had the pleasure of working together with the Seventh Art and the results have been extremely positive for our clients. David and Michel are a great pair to work with, and we look forward to collaborating with them in future years.
For twenty five years I have been working with the leading marketing and advertising firms specializing in Manhattan residential real estate. In my opinion, Seventh Art and Michel Mein are without equal in all aspects that contribute to the creation of a successful branding, marketing and advertising campaign. Purely on an aesthetic level, their sensibilities and refined taste create a sense of value that transcends gimmickry and fads. They are well aware of contemporary trends in marketing and are careful to establish individual and appropriate themes for each project. I have also found Seventh Art to be very professional in meeting project deadlines and handling working relationships.
I am happy to be able to recommend Michel and his firm without hesitation for any residential project.
This letter serves as a professional reference for The 7th Art team and its founders David Williams and Michel Mein.
The Setai Group hired The 7th Art in the early stages of the Setai Brand development. David Williams and Michel Mein were instrumental in developing the look and feel of The Setai Brand through content acquisition as well as a marketing film that has been used by us for years. Subsequently, The 7th Art team developed the videos for our projects in Miami as well as the web site of The Setai, Wall Street.
We have developed a very close relationship with this group. We have the highest regard for their personal and professional standards and would strongly recommend them for any real estate or resort projects. Please feel free to contact me if you would like any further information regarding The 7th Art. Yours truly,
Nakheel PJSC, one of the Middle East's largest real estate developers focused on creating world class destinations for living, business and tourism, have worked closely with The Seventh Art throughout 2008 and 2009 on both the Trump International Hotel and Tower and the Nakheel Harbour and Tower developments.
The Seventh Art supported our efforts holistically across both of these unique projects from initial market research and brand development to market launch and content creation of all above and below the line material. This included creative direction of all photo and film material, all brochure and bespoke print packaging design and production, architectural modeling and visualization, website design and international advertising. As our lead agency of record for these projects, The Seventh Art role‘s also included the management of Public Relations in the USA and the sales launches in both New York City and Los Angeles followed by the turnkey design of an the international sales centre in Dubai.
Nakheel Harbour and Tower launched at Cityscape Dubai 2008 and was the centerpiece of the Nakheel’s participation and the world's largest real estate trade show.
Over this period, The Seventh Art has been a unique partner and has substantially contributed toward Nakheel setting new standards and benchmark in real estate marketing within our region. We have appreciated first hand the commitment of this highly specialized group and would recommend them for your project. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
Head of Marketing Services
We have known and worked with The Seventh Art Group for more than a year now on our current high-end residential project in Monaco, called Tour Odeon.
The Seventh Art Group has been involved with this project since its inception, has worked closely with the architect to present the project in its best light, from renderings to branding, to the production of a brochure, plans and website.
We have been delighted with the quality of the work and believe they are excellent partners in any of your Real Estate endeavours.

It is my pleasure to recommend to you Michel and the capable team at the Seventh Art. I have worked with Michel on numerous projects over the years and have always been impressed with the expansive creative talents encompassed by his firm and Michel’s ability to marshal them in a holistic approach to the branding and marketing of luxury real estate. His inspired efforts have led to measurable positive sales results for our diverse projects.
Because we trust his abilities, we have engaged Seventh Art to help revive stalled marketing efforts for projects we joined later in the development process. Specifically, his office led successful repositioning campaigns for The Element Condominium in Manhattan and Villa Magna in Miami. Similarly, we brought them in to reorganize the marketing and branding for Cancolofts in Jersey City. Their ongoing efforts here have greatly enhanced our success as we create a new vision for an entire neighborhood. We have engaged other marketing firms over the years, but have often ended up bringing Seventh Art in to take over the accounts when these firms did not measure up to our exigent requirements. Michel is currently working with my office on the initial master planning of a new golf resort in Armonk, NY. The actual marketing of this project is years away, however we believe Michel’s participation in the conceptual planning and programming stage is crucial due to his vast knowledge of buyer preferences and market trends. We want him at the table at such a determining point in our project because we sincerely respect his broad understanding of our business and what is required to be successful.
Please do not hesitate to call me should you have any questions.
Please be advised that Seventh Art Group was instrumental in the development and support of the Marketing initiatives that helped drive the success of our mixed use development in Tribeca known as 101 Warren Street.
We worked together for over a year and a half to create and promote the story of our building to the public. Our property was one of the best performing in the history of Tribeca, with all but one of the 228 Condo units sold and closed. It was a pleasure working with the team at the Seventh Art, whose professionalism, creativity and production expertise were an integral part of our success.
Very truly yours,
